# How to print a receipt voucher and a payment voucher

**Receipt & Payment Voucher Printing Guide**

**Objective:** To print a receipt voucher or payment voucher linked to a sales invoice.

## Steps to print a receipt voucher or payment voucher:

**Step 1:** Access the Sales menu
From the main interface, click the **"Sales"** icon.

**Step 2:** Open the full sales list
From the sales menu, select **"All Sales"** to view all invoices.

**Step 3:** Select the required invoice
From the list of invoices, locate the invoice for which you wish to print a receipt or payment voucher, then click the **"Options"**icon next to it.

**Step 4:** View Payments
From the drop-down menu, select **"View Payments"** to see all payments associated with this invoice.

**Step 5:**Select the required voucher
A list of all payments (receipts or payments) will appear. Select the voucher (receipt or payment) you wish to print.

**Step 6:** Opening the document for printing
Next to the selected document, locate the **"eye"** icon 👁️ and click on it to view the document details.

**Step 7:** Printing the voucher
After opening the voucher, scroll down **the page** slightly, then click the **"printer"** icon 🖨️ or the print button.

## ✅ Additional tips:

- Make sure to select the correct invoice before viewing payments.
- Review the voucher details (amount, date, entity) before printing.
- You can save the document in PDF format instead of printing it on paper, if you wish.
