# How to view inventory reports

**Inventory Reports Guide**

**Objective:** To display inventory reports, with the ability to filter by product or branch and export the report in PDF or Excel format.

## Steps to view inventory reports:

**Step 1:** Accessing the Reports menu
From the main interface, scroll down the page slightly, then click on the **"Reports"** icon.

**Step 2:** Open Inventory Reports
From the Reports menu, select **"Inventory Reports."** The Inventory Report screen will **appear immediately**, displaying all available data.

**Step 3:** Filtering Data (Optional)
If you wish to view a specific report, use the available **"Filter"** options, such as:

- **Category**
- **The Product**
- **The Branch**

After selecting the filter options, the report will update automatically.

**Step 4:** Print or export the report
Scroll to the **bottom of the page**, then select:

- **Print:** To obtain a hard copy.
- **Download PDF:** To save the report in PDF format.
- **Download Excel:** To save the report as an Excel file on your device.
